Tenants and Landlords (Lettings & Property Management) is an independent local web-based lettings and property management business covering Southampton and surrounding areas.

We believe that communication is a key part in lettings and property management and we are committed to ensure that at all times, both landlord and tenant are kept informed of matters relating to the property and the tenancy by way of regular communication and updates.

All tenants are provided with a Guidance and Support folder, which is handed to them when moving into their new home and which contains all relevant information regarding their tenancy. This folder addresses many operational problems during the tenancy and has proved most successful in providing tenants with additional management support.

This, along with more than 20 years experience in estate agency, lettings and property management and more than 5 years in project managing refurbishments, enables us to offer you the skills, knowledge and expertise you would expect to properly manage your property.
