All tenants are provided with a Guidance and Support folder, which is handed to them when moving into their new home and which contains all relevant information regarding their tenancy. This folder addresses many operational problems during the tenancy and has proved most successful in providing tenants with additional management support.

So that we can ensure 100% call answering, we use the facilities of a Call Centre to take our calls when we are either already on the phone or otherwise engaged. The Call Centre will take your message and pass it to us via e-mail and SMS text messaging. This means that you won't hear an engaged tone and we can respond to your telephone call promptly and efficiently.
